Hello SUN Members,

I am looking to increase ranking with the leading Search Engines as well as drive traffic to our Buying Group Site www.usabuyinggroup.com .

I have looked at Linkmaster... does anyone have experience with this approach ? Good value? Generates Traffic?

There are many firms out there .. any suggestions on the better firms/good value?

Thanks

Mark

I have tried a lot of those link exchange etc sites...none of them helped our rankings and were just a bunch of wasted time and money.  The best is to go to sites that are related to your sight and ask them on a one on one bases if they would link to you.

Hope this helped, Good Luck!

Personally, I would focus on gaining one way backlinks as they hold more credibility with the search engines than reciprocal links.  Reciprocal links are considered mere handshakes between friends by the search engines and don`t hold a ton of credibility in increasing your ranks  You pat my back and I will pat yours.  What the search engines really love are websites that link to you just because you have a great website!  Yes, that is true.  There are many ways to get backlinks and you can read some at my website:  http://www.mediamage.com/internet-marketing/link-popularity. htm

I highly recommend article and press release submissions.  You can also check here how many backlinks you actually have.

Contacting webmasters is the best way for link exchange. I've tried those free links as well but I didn't see any further results.
