Hello, I have a system that I am licensing to Dr's. My question - until we have our franchise agreement completed which is taking much longer than we anticipated we want to put it all in a license agreement but license the use of the components seperately. Should I have them sign several license agreement to use the working parts or can I place the seperate licenses into one agreement so that they are signing one document with the permission to use the 5 separate components.also..

Can I put in the agreement that once the franchise document is complete they will be required to sign that document to keep the license or should I just have the license agreement expire in one year and at that time they will renew under the franchise agreement.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
