Hi,

I am thinking of using LegalZoom to form my LLC. I was just wondering if
anyone has had any experience using them, and what package they chose
(they offer 3 LLC packages).

I would also like to hear from people who created their LLC using someone
besides LegalZoom, for comparative purposes.

I used LegalZoom and am very happy with the ease and cost. I am a simple LLC, only me, in a business consulting entity. I do not remember the package, I used exactly one year ago. I would think I chose top package, as that is the way I usually approach these matters - I believe you get what you pay for, especially in a new venture assuming a good company.

Have since used for two copyright applications which also went extremely well. 

From this, you will get introduced to an alliance partner (may be a subsidiary, have not been able to confirm or not) The Tax Club.  I am not that positive on them.

I used a similar company to incorporate my business and I was very happy with the cost, the quality and the expediency. I used Biz Filings for incorporation but I used Legal Zoom for trademark application process. I was pleased with both of them.

I had a good experience with Perfectdocs for setting up my LLC. They had the best instructions and I found a coupon code for 50% --> use "attorney1" at check out. I have also used legalzoom in the past and it was pretty good experience as well.

I am an lawyer who owns a firm that specializes in business formation.  Although LegalZoom is a direct competitor of mine I do recommend them if you are forming a straightforward non-complex type of business.  However, anything else I strongly suggest talking with a business formation lawyer.
