three stimulants I like:

1. coffee
2. B12 Liquid form
3. deep breathing

consult your doctor if your
tired or stressed - long hours
in biz can add to your fatigue

music and singing are
good mood shifters, try
them while youare driving (free-time)

any other suggestions for
stressed entreprenuers

The best solution is...

DONT TAKE YOUR PROBLEMS HOME..
leave them at the office. If you work at home... Leave and go do something you enjoy doing... No matter  how much you stress the problem will not go away by stressing.
Live to the fullest...

I have found that firing a shotgun into a watermelon has an amazing thereuputic effect.
While attempting to use a 44-magnum to shoot off a soup can perched on a garden post of my friend`s farm, I once took out an entire bean patch. While decreasing my stress, each wayward shot seemed to increase my friend`s stress level.
So, use some care with this technique.

Sway,

Have you ever considered doing a podcast? I enjoy reading your comments and I`d imagine it would be even more fun hearing your quirky comments on a variety of topics.

Hey Steve--
Never really thought about it. But it sounds fun.
I do enjoy making the anonymous snarky comment. It`s one of several unmarketable skills I have.

No gun here, but I do shoot the CO2 pellet gun at the dandy-lions growing in the back yard.

Vincent--
Have you ever tried a golf club on the dandy-lions?
Not only does it remove these pesky weeds, but your neighbors think you are improving your golf swing.

theswaynester. I haven`t done that. The perception of the need to improve a golf swing is a little dis-heartening though. I thought my swing was perfected already. It looks as though you have been watching my game. Are you looking for competition? :) Actually, I am a putt putt or miniature golf player. The green fees are too high for actual adult styled golf play. Maybe I can move up to your level in a year or two. I should start practicing now...

I`m not much of a golfer at all. A little putt putt.
I really like the driving range. In my opinion, the originators of golf should have stopped there.
Instead of all the silly rules and strategy, you just whack the hell out of a few dozen balls and call it a day.
