Hello,

As any of you taken an intern with a j1 visa ?

I will not be paying him, will i have to pay some taxes or fees ? 

Please share your experience.

Be careful with  J-1 visa interns.  One of the Las Vegas newspapers did a major expose` on medical J-1 interns.  After the expose`, there were some major change in the laws governing all J-1`s.
