Any thoughts on industry specific lead generation?  I am looking for people interested in health and wellness but most of the leads are coming back very unspecific.  Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I`ve been searching online for all types of industry specific information.  What I`m generally finding is that if you want to get very specific, you need to go to a Harte-Hanks or Harris Info type source.  The problem there is that they`re pretty expensive.  You may want to check out industry-specific periodicals and associations online.  The associations will often list their member businesses, and that may provide you with some decent names to start out.  From there, it`s all about exposure and networking.. "who do you know?"

Good Luck!

I`m not sure of any online groups but check around your town for a leads group. Out here in Atlanta and when i lived in Tucson there was a BNI group which was pretty popular and well run. Check their website and see if there is one near you.

Welcome. You may want to spell check surveillance. Misspelling kind of hurts credibility.

Surveillance is spelled correct in both posts.

Maybe you should check your reading skills, it kinda hurts your credibility.

Why come on here to point out everyone`s faults?!!!!  I`m sure that you are much smarter than everyone else here, but pointing out mistakes that aren`t mistakes doesn`t make you look that way.

Then let me ask you: why did the original poster go back and edit his post to the preferred spelling?

Actually, as a Mensa member, I sort of am smarter than most, but that`s beside the point. The point was, and is, that spelling is important.

Get a grip. Geez.

Guys, guys...we`re all here to learn and help each other.  No need to get into a pissing contest.  Look at the overall message--Trueview is asking for help generating leads, can you help him?

Yes, back to the topic. Thanks, MartyVan.

TrueView:

Could you give us a better idea of what your company does? That would help us better zero in on your target audiences. Income, average price of house, children/no children, applications for second homes (beach, mountains, Cleveland - wait, what? when did Cleveland become a vacation destination? )

Martyvan,  I agree, I apologize to you for that.  However, this is done almost on every post by Brandalchemy and it just doesn`t flow well when others are trying to learn and give good advice.  No one likes a bully!!

Once again I apologize to you Martyvan!
