I apologize as I have been off line for the last several weeks. I would like to launch the Networking Club at this time.

Synergy is looking for people to join the group in the following fields - Mortgages, Banks, Real Estate, Title, Accountants, Lawyers, Venture Capital, Commercial Lending, Hard Money Lending. If you are in one of these fields please enroll at this time. Only two from each field will be able to join at this time. The group will keep a wait list, as members come and go, you will be invited to join.

If you believe you have synergy to this group please contact me via email to explain.

Below are some guideline and rules. Your input will help define the Club as it is never static but a work in progress.

Each of us has a circle of influence. People who we surround ourselves with in the course of our business day.  We each know  people.  Who we introduce to each other and the information we pass on reflects on us professionally and personally.  Only people with the highest integrity will be allowed to continue with the group. Unfortuanately this is a zero tolerance rule. If you break the law, or use the information in a way that harms the person who passed on the information, this group, or the public, you will be dismissed from the group.

The goal of the group is to pass on information and introduction to the members of the group that will afford them the opportunity to DUE BUSINESS.

Meeting should last no longer than 40 minutes.

We must set a day and time that is locked in stone. In the past earlier in the morning prior to the start of your business day works.  The club I was introduced to had a breakfast meeting from 7:15 to 7:55 am EST every Tuesday. We can set East Cost and West Cost time and alternate every other weeks. Once the day and time is set that is it.

Any member that misses 2 consecutive meeting loses his spot. Remember the goal is not  to be tough but create a working group with committment.

Each person in the Group is allowed to introduce one guest each meeting that does not compete with existing members of the group. That individual must bring added value to the group - synergy with existing group. Via email communication the group will vote on extending membership to a guest prior to the next meeting.

Other then that, we as a group will discuss how to best utilize the forty minutes every week.  Some suggestions are to discuss each of our business and our target market. Discuss new projects opening in your areas, or relevant news we each can use. Discuss Circles of Influence, who do we know. We can invite guest speakers in to speak on topics of value to us.

Sorry for being long winded. I apologize if this structure offends anyone.  The most valuable assest we have is time. For the group to be successful we have to use it wisely.

This sounds just like BNI & Letip, are you affiliated with one of those organizations?  And does this group have a website where I could find out more about it?

We will be building a website based on the enrollment and direction of the Group. The website will be utilized as a conduit to promote member businesses, information, upcoming events and networking that leads to actual business.  As the club is a continuing work in progress, the site will change to mirror the focus and direction of the group. Goal, ultimately is to increase business and pass on relevant information that the group can use in attaining that goal.

I am not a member of either of the groups you mentioned. The structure comes from being invited to join severl networking clubs. Indivduals at some of the more successful clubs all told me the most successful networking clubs come from committment, relativity, and exclusivity of membership.  The structure is set up to accomplish this.

I tried to go your web site but received an error message. Would like to know more about your business. Thank you for responding to the post.

Kevin,

I apologize for any error that occurred, we are currently switching hosting companies and that may have been the problem.  The website is up and you should not have any problem visiting it now.

Also, I would like to speak with you directly to learn more about what you are starting.  Please give me a call at 1-800-838-7716.
