One of the highest priorities of newly elected Massachussetts governor Deval Patrick is revitalizing the state`s economy by turning Mass. into an incubator of alternative and renewable energy products. He`s hoping it has the same effect as the state`s high-tech boom in the 90s.

So keep your eyes on the state and its business and Venture captial community - it could become venture friendly in a hurry.
