Hi,
I work for a fairly well funded tech startup in Los Angeles.
I`m wondering about the liklihood of launch bonuses.
This is the first real startup I have worked for and have heard rumors about
employees at tech startups getting launch bonuses.
Is there much truth to this?

For some background, I been with them since just about the beginning and
have played a large role (not to mention, busted my ass) in getting everything ready for launch.
