As a real estate agent, I wasn`t sure who you were targeting based on the name of the book. The TOC appears to be a conglomerate of information from many sources aimed for people wanting to invest in real estate, rather than real estate professionals (agents, brokers, lenders). I`m sure some real estate professionals will go for it but this seems more geared to the general public that doesn`t know anything about the different segments.
For the real estate professionals, there is some info on generating leads and marketing but seems more geared for a non-professional? The real estate professionals would also benefit from understanding contact management, ideas for better customer service, managing their business. Brokers to attract more agents, etc. So I didn`t think this was your target.
For investors, you could include tips on working with real estate agents on getting their properties sold including commissions and what to expect from their agent. I just launched
UpdateLane.com (in beta) which helps agents manage more listings in less time and clients can follow their agents marketing activities, stay educated on their local market to help them with decision-making, and post, share, manage all files online (this makes selling a property really easy especially when you have out-of-town or really busy buyers/sellers - and adds to accountability and transparency).
Good luck with the book!
Cheers,
Dan
