I have been working on my web site for a new program I am getting ready to launch. Need some open Critique on the landing page. I am going to do this one page at a time so I can focuss on any issues there might be.

First: Does it grab you enough to get you to read the page?

Second: Does it explain about the software so you can grasp what it does?

Third: Is the font and colors ok.

Any other ideas I`m open to. Was also wondering and wanting some input about maybe putting a video on the front page about the software. Just kicking that one around some.

Morning Kathy and thank you for taking a look at the web page. I will work on the typos in the other pages.

I agaree that It does so much more does sound realy gimmicky....Going to have to figure that one out LOL.

I also agree about it being a hard sell because of a program that you download but the truth is people download programs everyday. I do think I will need to put a claimer on the download page when I get to that part. I might actualy also do something with ZDNet and tie it back to my main web site.

Solexy I hate to say this but if your home page is your idea of a professional web design then No I would not want your help. Secondly this forum is here to get help and ask question not just for some one to come on and try to get business.

No. This is ineffective. It`s written and laid-out like a

data-sheet. Too technical-looking.

You need a salesletter. Your fonts and layout are all over

the place making it confusing to know, at a glance, what

it does and why I need it.

It`s a good starting point. It would be a good idea to split test it against another layout and different copy. Google Website Optimizer is a great tool for this.
