I just opened both an LLC and a S-corp, I am purchasing a warehouse and heard it would be a good idea for the LLC to purchase the warehouse and lease it to the S-corp, thus the S-corp would have the lease write off for an infinite amount of time rather than amortization and depreciation over a set period of time, it also protects the warehouse from any liens against the S-Corp.
