I have an LLC that owns images.  My LLC wants to give no-cost licensing rights to a non-profit to use the images for a workshop and on their website. My LLC will continue to use the images for for-profit product development and sale via e-commerce.

The catch is that I am also the co-creator of the non-profit.  I don`t want it to look like my endeavors are in the least bit `shady` (retaining the LLC`s images for profit purposes while also serving on the board and as exec director of the non-profit).  The sale of any products thru the LLC will always have a cause marketing component.  However, I want to maintain the ownership of the images in my LLC.

May I ask if this is a good working model?

Thank you for your kind thoughts on this.
