The more I learn the less I know. I read use keyword but not too many so it doesn't appear as SPAM. My sentances make sense but there are many keys words - is it too many??

have you heard of the keyword density concept? try to keep this between 1-3% of total content.  include main keyword only once in title, kw and description tag. make sure it is as early in the content as possible.

Not a bad start.  Most recommendations I've seen. however, recommend at least 300 words for primary page content.    I would convert your h2 to strong, add additional body text below your nav.

google keyword tool is only reading "linens" from your website, I would figure out how to add more content and "luxury bedding" or "luxury linens"
