Great news,  Our web site is almost ready for you to critique.  Just a few minor adjustments.

I do have one questions does it matter if our key words are Bold and Italicize?

Again wanted to thank everyone here at startupnation who have helped in getting our project for our online store up and running.

Not sure that italics make any difference, but bold can be helpful. Also using h1/h2 tags is a good SEO practice.

<h1> and <h2> tags are heading tags, and placing them around important keywords and keyphrases, titles, etc., give those words more relevance to search engines. They can by styled via css for size, font, etc.

Bold is somewhat useful, but not all that much. Italics does nothing (as far as anyone can figure out of "secret" search algorithms).

What`s much more important is the first text the search engine sees when it hits your site. That`s where a meta tag description matters.

Here`s a "spider simulator" that will show you how your site appears to a search engine. It removes everything other than text. At the top, you`ll see what Google and other SEs will see first, for description purposes.
