Hello:

Many entrepreneurs when they are starting out will create a start up company, and work full-time while building that business.

Sometimes, there could be a conflict of interest with an employee that is working on his own company (off company time) while employed by that company. Particularly if it is for profit.

How do people handle this?

In today's world were information is everywhere, even self-promoting and branding might expose you.

Thoughts appreciated..
