Hey everyone! I'm considering trying a premium analytics package for my site. There's two I'm looking at. KISSmetrics and Spring Metrics.

Has anyone tried either or both of these? Are there advantages to one over the other?

I know they both offer free trials, but I'd rather not put in several weeks of testing to pick one. I'd like to hear other people's experiences.

Thanks!

- Matthew

I haven't analyzed the Spring matrix but I have used Kiss metrics. As has been a professional web designer and part time data analyzer, I had a need for analysis of observing the impact of web design on driven data from traffic. Kiss matrix has given me some of the great features due to this, it became possible to track even a single link in design with its placement as well.

Thanks for your input! It's extremely helpful.

Is it possible to see the exact path a customer took through the site when they complete a conversion?

In other words, I'd like to see a list of people who filled out my lead generation form and see exactly the pages they visited and the search terms they came in on...
