hey gang,
we just launched Vokle at demo this month and are in the early stages of forming our early adopter userbase.
vokle is a social network with an emphasis on "social." basically the
site allows people to video chat on the highest ranked social news
content of the hour as submitted and voted by the community. think of
it like digg + video chatting. so we can actually talk about the day`s biggest headlines.
but we also offer private video chatting and collaboration apps;
currently u can setup private video chatrooms with up to 5 other
friends/associates and share images live (more apps to come...here`s a hint to the next private chat application: it rhymes with mewtube).
no software installations, no worries. :) free to use.
we`re all about making the internet vocal - hence vokle.com. hopefully
communication and collaboration can be upped online. it`s remarkable
how much time i spent typing every day. sometimes i can get a point
across in 2 minutes what takes me 30 minutes to write. i`m hoping that
the site can answer the need for human contact, richer communication,
and collaborative relationship building.
i`d love to know what you think..and how we can make it better! any
overall things that u hate, that you love? any advice to entice users
to keep coming back, or building a userbase?
thanks everybody,
robert
