The blog is looking really great. All I would like to suggest that you should have your facebook, twitter widget too. Also add a spam plugin to avoid any spamming. Try to convert leads from blog only by having a fill-up form.

I think the site looks pretty clean and neat.  I'm not a big fan of all of the ads, but I understand their purpose.  Overall, it looks pretty good and it's not overly-crowded with things.  I think that FaaastCash's suggestions would be good to implement as well.
