I went ahead and published the site and will be working on it quite a bit over the next couple of weeks until perfected.

I`d like to get some feedback if possible.

Also, I`ll be more than happy to reciprocate with any of the services that I provide.

Thanks in advance,

You don`t seem to be using any particular functionality that would require flash, so is there any reasoning behind that decision? One thing that you may want to keep in mind is that while google has improved its flash site indexing... 100% flash based websites are not the best choice, by far, for any site wanting to rank in search engines.
And on your site i see nothing that couldn`t be done with regular html. For example you can easily do navigation the way you have it now, and have the button links target an iframe on the right, which would have a style option to have no nav bars, and make the site a fixed height and width. Thus, with just html you achieve the same look and functionality while you improve your compatibility and search engine crawling. Again, that is unless you plan on eventually expanding the flash site and making use of some flash only features.

Here is my take on your website:

It is functional and gets the job done.  Like Jarrod said, flash should be kept to a minimum to help with indexing for search engines which for many websites is where they get the most visitors from.

The site itself is, in my opinion...bland.

I understand new websites wanting to look "clean" and "professional" but there are many ways to do that while keeping the site visually interesting.  I also do not think the site exudes a professional feel.  The background is confusing in my opinion and the site should be anchored in the middle unless you plan to fill the white space to the right and bottom of the site with something of interest.

Just my 2 cents.

That is not a financial website. It`s not a creative website and it`s not a business website. It`s a mix and match of whatever was handy at the time. It`s too confusing and it`s all over the place. Have you taken a serious look at the financial websites out there? This is not it!

You need a serious makeover. Have you seen Bloomberg.com? Take a look at your competitors so you can get a clue as where and what your website is going to do or supposed to look like!

Dennis,

There`s nothing that really stands out on your site to capture the visitor`s attention. Like others have mentioned, flash is not necessary for your site and all your text that you have will not get searched by the search engines.

You need to take a look at what your competitors are doing and see how you can make your site better then theirs. As for the user, people are very lazy and don`t have all that time to read all of your text. You need to break down the information with relevant images and grabbing "call to actions".

Also, why did you decide to have the site over to the left instead of centering it. You should go back and reevaluate your site and jotting down what you want to accomplish and do a lot of research to see what`s out there.
