Jon Luther, CEO of Dunkin Brands inspires and motivates me as a leader. He is responsive to the needs of his customers and his business partners-franchisors. He takes the time to respond to the "little" details which tells me is in real control of the major issues of running his company. He is people centered and customer driven. He and his company are awesome!
