I never register for a site where I can`t explore it first, find out if it`s worth my while, and worth adding yet another userID and password to the snake pit of site logins. That being said, I almost didn`t notice your "About" link, down in the footer. Then, because this is a SuN request for thoughtful discussion, I went ahead and clicked the link.

The page pretty much explains what you`re proposing for the site, but without being able to see examples and cruise the place, I`m thinking it really isn`t all that much of a selling tool, y`know? Just my view of it, being a job-seeker and having run up against this insanity of online job postings. :-)

I totally agree with Craig. There is not enough content here for me to feel comfortable registering. I need to see what I`m getting into. Trust must be established first before asking anything from the user.

Your high conversion ratio might be because people are forced to register to use the site. I`d be curious to see what your retention ratio is. That is, how many people, after registering, come back?

Also, on your About page... don`t tell me, show me! I don`t want to read about it, I want to see it.

Since your site is about video interviewing, why not use video to sell the concept?

Agree with the folks above, if the first page doesn`t tell me what you do I normally don`t browse the site unless something captures my attention.
