What causes some people to pursue their career change dreams while others are content to dream? I don't claim to know all the answers but I suspect it's for the pursuit of purpose, the pursuit of job satisfaction. To fulfill the need to belong to something greater than oneself. It is this pursuit that is the foundation of achieving job satisfaction. For instance take the story of Matt Green. A civil engineer by trade, who led walking tours in NYC, left the security of his job to walk 3000 miles from Rockaway Beach, NY to Rockaway Beach, Oregon. He is a30year old Virginia native and has not claimed to do this walk to raise awareness for any cause, it does not even appear that he's promoting a corporate sponsor. He's just walking. Matt says, "...playing it safe, isn't really that safe...if you do that, you miss out on a lot of the great things life has to offer."

Wow I didn't know that hairdressers are satisfied there. I wonder why. Perhaps there's a lot of benefits there.

Yes, I agree! Satisfaction is very important to do work in a company for a long time.

If you want to work with any company you need some atmosphere who help you work freely or that job gives you satisfaction. Here I have mention some good jobs with highest satisfaction like :
