I didn`t realize it until you said it... but yes, the scrolling logos (words) are distracting. But at the same time I like them because it builds a little trust in the brands carried by twc238.

I would leave the scroll, but I think I would make it smaller. Maybe half or slightly larger than half the size. Of course you need to be able to read your smallest logo.
