It still feels good, this morning I delivered some items to a new customer. she was not home so I left the items in her drive.
30 minutes after I returned to the shop she pulled in, all excited and ear to ear smiles.we had never met in person but I knew immediately who she was.
She had stepped out for a minute and we missed each other. She was so excited at the items she ordered, all smiles, Couldn`t thank me enough. I just love that, it makes all that uncertainty I get when designing something to a few sentences in an email melt away.
Do you all get that feeling from happy customers?

You know you`re in good business when you`ve got people smiling ear to ear, promoting your services for free (on their own time); as a product of a positive experience with your company.
