I am having a hard time with this one. Nothing really jumps out at me when I go to the site. It needs more hierarchy. The logo on the header graphic is really hard to see because the color of the back ground. It looks very plain and nothing really pulls me in.

Sorry for the harsh comments! But it is a critique and I tend to not sugar coat things so don't take it personally!
