So, not only are we sellers....we are also consumers. While we truly do belive that the customer is king not each and every customer is the same. Of course, there will be times when you get the "Just no pleasing customer" or the "Give me something for free and I'll be happy customer"
We honestly think that customers are always right.....well, to a limit that is. Of course, as business owners we have to protect our business. There are way to many scammers out there who will cry, "foul play" just so they can get something for nothing. Most tend to hold our feedback system as a tool to lever there demands.
