Is it necessary for a website to have a company associated.?

Hello folks,
         I am lookginf forward to run a website, that will generate revenue through ads. I was curious is it necessary to open a company before I launch the website ? I am new to this thing and have searched lot of forums but couldn`t get any answer.

Will the company just be a sole proprietorship?

Many bloggers just operate under their own name.

Nahhhh, I don't think it's necessary at all.

 

Just get it going and DO IT.  Once the money

starts rolling in, then you can think about creating

an LLC  or something to help with liability and

keeping more money in YOUR pocket instead

of Uncle Sam's.
