According to a new study by IDC, consumers spend twice as much time using the internet as watching television. http://xrl.us/bgqbh

But does that really mean that the internet is twice as popular as television? Apparently so. I had never really thought about it before, but you do you see a lot more people carrying around laptops than portable televisions. And because of the nature of my business, I personally spend considerably more time on the internet than watching television - and so does nearly everyone else I know. So the internet gets my vote.

I can`t tell you the last time the TV was on in my house.
I can`t tell you the last time I went a full day without getting on the internet at all.

I am an internet junkie. Kind of handy for a website designer though, because I like to be exposed to all of the newest web trends. I find all kinds of tricks and ideas through my casual surfing. I`ve even found a way to do the stairmaster while surfing :-D (Geeks gotta keep in shape too, eh?)
