Hello we are new to the site.  We are a startup ecommerce and trying to decide if we should continue to max out credit cards and tap out the savings account or look for angle investors.

Our site should be up sometime in May yet our resources run out in July.  Is there any thoughts on the topic?

Thanks for your input.

They are typically a group of individuals that have funds to invest in companies.  The main difference between an angle investor and venture capital from what I know is venture capital companies want a larger piece and the exit strategy usually involves a sale of the company where they get paid off.
