Im looking for someone who'd be willing to invest on an agricultural projuct. There are two Projects I have in mind. One is Long term which concentrates on tree growing or refforestation. Mahogany Tree planting. It doesnt cost much but takes uite some time to harvest. But guarantees a very big profit as compared to the finances that will be shed out.  The second is Fisheries which is a half a year projuct, with a very big promise, and again, very small profit as compared to the profits made wafter a 4-5 month perod. I have the land and area for both projects. Im seeking for an investor i can loan some funding from. i will be your industrial partner and you will be the funder. 50/50 when its time to harvest. Im looking for a very small capital or funding of about $100,000.00 and will be able to double your money within a span of one year max. if we go with the fisheries.

Do you have a formal business plan? From your post it sounds like you are looking for an equity investor (split the profits at harvest) rather than a true loan. If you are looking for a loan, have you tried the local Economic Development agency that serves your geographical area. Many EDCs have funding through government grants available to provide loans for new and expanding businesses.

Best regards,

Where are you located?  A friend of mine owned and operated a fishery.  What kind of fish - pets or food?
