I am a Contract Consultant who has built and opened over 31 restaurants  in the last 13 years. Only two have closed since then. I am currently looking for 200,000 at a return of 10% or 20% percent of ownership of new venture. I am looking at Oregon coast property in Cannon Beach Oregon. I have found property that has commercial land for sale, as well including a restaurant space but that would require 7 figure investments.

I currently own a very successful venture that is recession proof based on demographics and quality. My back ground is mobile 5 star and James Bead. Serious Inquires only. I thank you for any time or advice.

Sincerely

David Touvell

David,

Your track record is a strong point in this new venture. I do think, however, that you'll need to fine tune your offer somewhat - since $200,000 for 10% to 20% is a bit nebulous and leaves several questions. Since you also want to ensure that you aren't making a general public solicitation - you might want to leave the details for a private communication.

Good luck.

Robertj
