Hi everyone!

I am an avid inventor, and I know from listening to the StartupNation radio show and archived broadcasts that a lot of you are too.

If you are in the San Francisco area, there is a really cool event coming up in 2 weeks called the Make Faire, put on my the ultra cool Make Magazine.  You can get information at http://makezine.com/faire/

This event is family-friendly, and is designed for anyone who likes to devise things!  This includes you inventors out there!  There will be lots of projects on display, but most people there will just be spectators.

My team of people that I have made up from my SuperStars list and I are starting a company called TechShop (www.techshop.ws).  It is an open workshop that offers all the tools and machine equipment that an inventor or tinkerer would ever need to make anything, and we will offer a full range of classes, all in a creative and supportive environement.  If you come to the Make Faire, we will have a table at which we will be asking people what they want to see in a facility like TechShop (we are still writing our business plan and we want TechShop to be just right for inventors and tinkerers).
