Hi seo-hulu,
I like the look of the site and where the idea is headed. One thing I would work on is your overall message / concept. Its hard to tell what exactly the service is until you click on the project page. I would also try to make the project page details more streamlined and focused. I am still not entirely sure what the business does as I could not find prices for anything so I would just work on adding more descriptions and explanations on what it is you do.
Acoolme is an online marketing service marketplace that provides a means for Employers and Internet Marketer around the globe to collaborate for mutual benefit. Individuals or businesses in need of skilled internet marketing help for short or long-term projects can post those projects and allow any internet user (Not only the internet marketer) to finish the work.

Very interesting! So some online marketing professionals will be somehow replaced by individuals/freelancers. The concept is not bad but the home page needs to be more intuitive - since we have trillions of websites, if you cannot attract users in 5 secs or if they don't understand you in 5 sec, they just walk away. But generally speaking, it is very good.

I love the 'how it works' flowchart... I think you're design would be more visually appealing if you added graphics to the top menu buttons, and used the "defringe" tool in photoshop on the images to take out the white outlines.
