Hi there, MomentuM7. ;-) Welcome to the community I haven`t even heard of Cash Flow 101. What`s the basic premise? Sounds interesting..... ;-)
Hi CraigL,
You was one of the people who posted in my very first SUN post when I used my first account. It is nice to see you here again and every better to have just heard your Podcast yesterday.
Thanks for your feedback concerning the link in my profile. I think I will put another link there instead. After that page reaches 100% you will see the page text and pictures although that takes too long sometimes.
I didn`t think that you haven`t heard of Cash Flow 101. The creator of the game "Robert Kiyosaki," coined the terms Pipeline and Cash Flow back in the mid to late 90`s. I have a link that will allow you to watch a demo of the game, see pictures of Cash Flow Clubs, and read more. Thanks for the warm welcome guys.

Oh and Steve your Podcast was cool too. For some reason it seems like I just love all of the Pod Casts lol. I think it is because of the variety topics and the people. Well I think it is great that you had the experience with the game that you had. What I love to do in each game is to find a brand new way to invent money out of thin air.
One time I was the janitor who bought a strip mall with 2 partners and a bank loan of over $50k. I worked it out that splitting the property by 33% with my partners I acquired through negotiations and allowing the passive income to bring my negative Cash Flow back to about $200, I would make it to the fast track from the sales profits. When we sold it we all made about $144k and became financially free. The thing I loved most about that negotiation i set that I could never do on my own was I could help others because business is a team sport.
There are many other things that you can do like that as well. I also enjoy playing it on my own using different circumstances or even my real life financial situation. I have been thinking after reading how many people are trying to learn together here, we should start a Cash Flow club. We would invite those who own the online version of the game to plan games and rankings. Also we could just gather the players who currently play or who will find a club nearest them to play at and report back to a forum topic with what they learned. What do you think about that Steven?
