Hi SUN,

This is my first post here.  I just happen to stumble upon your sight while looking for information on IntoStores.  I signed up over the weekend.  I did my research and thought it was worth a try.  I noticed the pending transaction on my account from them was going to FirstRep in CA.  I did a little more research only to find ojt they are one and the same.  FirstRep has an F rating with the bbb.  I couldn't stop the transaction because it was a debit.  I immediately sent an email to Kevin Sanderson asking what the connection was and to cancel the debit on my account.  I got an email back stating my transcation had already been cancelled because it did not hit a batch.  No explanation whatsoever and also no questions.  I found Sun because someone else from your site was inquiring about their credibility.  I too received an unsolicited email stating they wanted to carry my jewelry in their stores.  I am just so infuriated!  Starting my business has been a very difficult challenge on my own.  I will report them to the BBB.  I think they should definitely investigate.  I knew this would be difficult, but I really did not realize how many scams are out there to suck money out of people.  It's hard to know who to trust nowadays.  I started my business in February after I lost my job and y husband is also disabled.  I am really on the verge of shutting it down.  I feel isolated and need some help and hope I can get it here.  I would appreciate hearing from others that may have the same experience.  Thanks.

This is a scam.  I didn't do my research becuase i was being totally foolish.  Right after i did it i asked for a refund and was told they would give me  one but that they offer all these great services.  I asked them to send me information on who their big nationwide buyers were and got nothing.

Their website is totally misleading and they lie.  I have not received my refund AND they have charged my account for another month of service.  I have tried calling all the numbers on their site and get nothing - just voicemail.  I even tried looking up the person who was emailing me confirming he will put in my refund and he doesn't exist.  DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

Report them to the Attorney General's office in both CA and NY where they state they have offices.  That is what I will do if they do not give me my refund with in 48 hours.

IntoStores is a scam.

They are the same company -- same people, same deal, they even have the same wording on their webpages -- as WiseRep.

WiseRep, who changed their names to IntoStores. WiseRep has an F RATING with the BBB --- by changing their name and re-registering with the BBB they have an A+ because that is the rating that new companies are automatically given. Just so a google search on the phrase "WiseRep scam" and you will get all the first-person information you need on this company. Here is the link to WiseRep BBB F score -- the company never responds to complaints:

http://www.la.bbb.org/Business-Report/Wiserep-100083294

I personally fought them to get my money back after months of NOTHING -- even though I already have my product in numerous stores. Not a single store contacted me through WiseRep. They guaranteed sales, I didn't get any and then they refused to refund me. I cancelled and they continued to charge me. Luckily, I had paid with a credit card (AMEX) and the credit card company successfully fought them and refunded my money to me.

Do not fall for this. RUN -- do not walk, RUN from this company. Please save yourselves the considerable expense and grief.

I received emails from intostores.com.  I'm glad I found startupnation forum.

I didn't think it was a good fit for my brand.

They sure are persistent. I too received that email from them, and I knew it was a scam because I haven't been actively created jewelry for ever...flag #1.

My venture's now wouldn't be a good fit, so I knew something was a miss...Sorry they took advantage of you.

Hopefully being a member here, you'll/we'll find great advice and warning to such virtual garbage such as Into Stores.

Never heard of them until today. I read somone elses list of RED flags on this site and I fully agree.

My personal big flag was their listing Macy's as one of their retailers that might work with you.  Now I have worked on and with Federated in the past and let me tell you they are not going to go out looking for you and your products.  They buy direct from the manufacturer and only the manfuacturer.

I would be willing to be the average life of someone like us using their service is about a month.
