This may be better suited for "Doing business on the web" category but I couldn’t' find a topic that closely matched my subject matter.  I'm looking for current data regarding volumes of internet sales for different product categories.  In other words, what product categories are selling best on line within the whole ecommerce retail community?  I thought this would be easy but the government stats I found were from 2007, and other sources that might contain what I need (Like Shop.org/Forrester Research, The State of Retail Online) cost $455 and I don’t want to spend that unless I know for sure it will contain the exact data I need.  Even then, $455 seems pretty steep!  Can anyone help me?
