My translation company Virtual Words is looking for a full-time Office Manager for its office in Brussels, Belgium as of March 2007.
 
The Office Manager will organize and supervise the activities that ensure the smooth operation of the day-to-day business of the office under the supervision of senior management.
 
A hard-working, stress-resilient, detail-oriented, well-organized and totally reliable person, he or she shall have the ability to take initiatives and to multi-task, have strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills with international clients and subcontractors as well as with in-house project managers.
 
He or she shall also speak native-level English with fluent French and preferably conversational Dutch.
