Hello there,

New to this website.  I am currently working on our business plan that provides services.  These services, however are similar to a company in the UK.  I have been doing extensive research and the company in the UK offering similar services.  My latest findings is that they do have a copyright but not a service mark/ trade mark.  In order to avoid infringements.  Other than the obvious of registering a service mark for our business, does this mean I may have to do the same in the UK to avoid legal issues?
