I submitted an idea to Proctor & Gamble yesterday, and they responded right away with interest (not in the 3 month normal respnse). They are very interested in my product/idea. I am at the crossroad of needing drawings, patent, and $ for those things. The prototype can be had for very little as it is a simple product design. I want to file the prov. patent myself, but am unsure of the sucess. Is there anyone that offers collaboration on these types of deals? Thanks

The advice I would give would be to consult a lawyer right away. I would not file this prov. patent by yourself as you can make one mistake and get denied or not correctly protect yourself. A lawyer should be able to walk you through this. Also anyone who knows about the product that has been helping you etc make sure they sign a non-disclosure/confidentiality agreement to protect your trade secrets and other information obtained as right now you are not very well protected from someone (even P&G) stealing your idea. If you need any other help just shoot me a message on here and I can try to give some insight on the questions you may have.
