This comes by way of my fellow SuNbassador, Nikole. This is a great article about letting employees manage your company: LINK
Which reminded me of Best Buy - they let their non-store employees work anywhere and anytime. LINK to Newsweek article. It`s a scary concept for most employers though. I think everyone feels like no actual work will take place if they cut their employees loose.
Do you think this is a positive trend? Do you think most people will rise to the occasion and actually meet (and exceed) their goals with quality or will they procrastinate until it`s a crisis and do just the minimum they were asked to do?
I know some employers have trouble letting go of total management of employees.
