A long awaited SuN created business is seeking Interested individuals for the creation of a business development firm.

All are welcome.

What I bring to the table is the following programs and ideas.

The BDF (Business Development Firm), a company that will Help in the development, production, marketing and distribution of any ethical and morale product, service or process idea submitted by any SuN member.  This would also include existing businesses that are interested in participating within the network of benefits that will be offered by BDF.

This business concept currently has many of the core competencies that will be needed for success.

  • IDN, an idea development process that will help in the development of any product, service or process idea.  IDN will also assist in the continuous improves of said idea, creating a competitive advantage over its competition.
  • BDO, a network of organizations that want nothing more but to promote , market and sell the products and services which will be developed by BDF.
  • ISA, several marketing programs that will  not only motivate people to purchase said participating products and services but also promote them, sell them and get others to do the same. (no this is not an mlm program)
  • Venture Capital Inc.  A firm with 5 independent venture capital opportunities,  Each will different requirements and forms of funding.

I have a vision on how the program should progress, but I am also open to improvements and changes.

This program is ready for implementation.  It only needs the products and services to market.

If anybody is interested in BDFs creation please indicate your field of expertise and that you would like to participate.

Brian,

You asked if it would be better to focus on one entity at a time.

I don`t think so, they all are interrelated.

You need each of them to create and maintain a successful business.

Besides, that what makes this overall program so special is that each of the programs have several real life benefits.  Benefits that help ensure not only the success of the business offering the benefit but each of the other programs also.

Lastly, the development of each of the businesses are pretty simplex and really need  little  effort to form the business itself.

Its just not something I can do all by myself.  I would like to partner ( at least not yet) with startups but if I can`t get the interest then I`ll go to big business. Its a principle issue.

Michelle,

A while back I may have mentioned the basic concept of my plan.

I believe that most entrepreneurs go about starting new firms the wrong way.  They decide on a product or service, which based on certain criteria they feel has a high likelihood of success.  They obtain the financing to bring the company to life and then hope that they can find enough customers (a large enough market) to make the business as successful as they  desire.  Finally, they still need to ward off new competition as it creeps up because there is always other people who think that they can do it better, just as they did when first starting.

My plan is to do things in reverse.  I want to develop the market and this will enable me to sell any product or service I desire to it.  This will be done by giving people what they want.

  • Business ownership
  • Financing if needed.
  • Participation within our marketing programs.
No not about the obvious customer service issues and the like because  these are a given for those businesses which need superior customer service.

They are programs desired by consumers that entrepreneurs see everyday  but simply have not considered using them as incentives for customers to patronize their business.

Brian,

Each of these programs have a varying number of these incentive programs integrated within them.  Another reason why they should be implemented simultaneously.

For example, the offer that I am making to the thousands of entrepreneurs here at SuN, the opportunity to receive all of the benefits that will be provided by the programs above.  If I have all of the components needed to ensure their success they would be more apt to participate.

So Michelle,
if you have a product or service, we would like to partner with you and implement it within the program listed above. More specific details would need to be discussed privately as for we would not want our core compitencies being discussed in a public forum.
With this being said, not only would you benefit from the development of this new firm as the general partner but your existing firm would also benefit from increased sales and profits.

Mike
