First timer on this forum here!
So we're building a web product and consequently planning to incorporate in the US. I'm from Europe but living in South America at the moment (which is one of the reasons I cannot do this process in my present location).
Quick search gave me hope that I could do all the following remotely / online:
- Incorporate using services such as BizFilings http://www.bizfilings.com/
- Open a bank account i.e. in Wells Fargo https://www.wellsfargo.com/
As you can imagine, we need to process online payments.
Does this kind of combo sound like a good option? Are there any bigger imaginable problems managing a company remotely to the US?
I'm sure there are people here on this forum who have done something similar!
