I am researching for ideas ....
Does anyone have some information they could share around "Incorporating qualitative information in contemporary decision making"? Focussing especially in the professional services industry: lawyers, accountants, recruiters, consultants, financial planners, etc.
Thank you.
Ric

Um....what`s the question again? :-)

Are you asking for information about how to determine whether or not the quality of service for, say, a lawyer matters in making the decision as to whether or not to hire that lawyer? If so....what sort of information?

Ric,
When you have written about this, will you be making it accessible to those of us in your mentoring program?
