Hello Startup Nation.com, a quick question about which state you incorporate in.
Suppose you are starting a tech company in Boston, but you will likely end up in Silicon Valley.
What if you first incorporate in Massachusetts, then move your business to California, will that likely cause complications? Does this sometimes happen?

It's way easier to start a business in asia.
Comparing to traditional businesses with a local store, it's a lot easier for online businesses (tech company in your case) to move their location. After all, location is not the only, nor the most important connection between your customers and you. So I think it's ok to set up your business in somewhere with low costs, and move to somewhere you wish to when you're ready.
