Since you asked, here are some things I`m asked to do as a VA:

Create and maintain a contact database
Create and send out e-newsletters
Make minor website updates
Update profiles on networking sites
Create postcards, flyers, brochures
Schedule appointments
Make follow up calls
Audio transcription

He or she would submit articles for me, and keep my e-zines updated.
 
Next do all the iron ons on the tee shirt for the children.   Get the flyers to Staples, put the 225 posters in the mailing tubes, label them all and stand in line at the post office while the clerk goes through the arduous task of putting individual postage on each mailing tube.
