We are currently working to helping a bank create new products and services specifically for small business owners.

Imagine you could create the perfect bank for your small business.  What could that bank do to help your business achieve success?  What kinds of products and services would you want them to offer? What kind of interaction would you like to have with them?

Honestly, my biggest complaint with banks is that their fees make no sense whatsoever.  Especially, for example, if I average 20K in my accounts and for one day it drops to 10K, the bank charges fees as if the account were at 10K all month.
