Quick question for everyone.

I have a friend who is good with words.  She`s excellent at coming up with slogans, mottos, poems, etc...  Everyone tells her she "really good with words."  Does anyone have an idea of a business she could start (other than journalism because she`s done that) that would be profitable and fun while she uses her talents and skills?  She`s truly a "wordsmith".   I`ll take any suggestions and forward them to her.

She then should work as a wordsmith!  Such as a PR person or firm, or advertising copy writer.

Now nobody is gonna serve her a PR position on a silver plate.  She just has to send out hundreds of resumes, or set up a firm and go out and get business, network, enlarge her circle of influence etc...

SEO writing is hot! If she can first work with an Internet marketing person, get the ideas and learn the concepts, it`s a great way to make money freelancing on elance.com and places like that.

Another option is as an online content writer. What I`m seeing is so often really bad writing, yet it`s fundamental to a home page on any site, much less an e-commerce site.

Writing ad copy would also be a great place, and that could even be done in paper-based mail-order catalog houses, etc.

Day Dreamer

To me I have had lots of success finding friends and  business contacts and learning about writing. I am not a writer or even a good reader.

I find the site kind of addictive, helpful for my online business and informative on many topics. There are many great authors and well informed members who give great advise and helpful comments on many subjects.

I`m addicted and it gives me a mental break from work. It`s great for me to drop by and read a few posts as I work online from home and do not get out of the house much. I`m really an action out door type person. A real Scorpio male.
