Currently have existing IT consulting business, formed in July of 2009 as an LLC. Have website, logo, and major partnerships with vendor companies such as Microsoft, Cisco, SonicWALL, Dell, HP and Barracuda. The company is also a Microsoft Small Business Specialist, an MSPAlliance member company and soon to be a Microsoft Certified Company and a Cisco Select Certified Partner company.

Currently have highest level of online advertising with YellowPages.com and all their, (AT&T's), affiliates sites and YellowBook.com, as well as advertising on both's printed books.

I am in search of another IT person to be my partner, the overhead is minimal, less than $900 per month, split in half to be $450 per month, but the potential is great.

I have been relying on IT contractors to do the actual work and their certifications to maintain the Microsoft partner level status… However with a partner, there would be the necessary 2 people to have the required certifications and thus not relying on a contractor that could pull their certifications from the company. If you do not have Microsoft certifications or others, it is OK, I can provide all the necessary training and tools to attain the certifications.

I am currently getting ready to start WebWired IT in specializing in “Small Business Security” as well as send out several thousand personalized direct mail letters with high quality, customized letterhead and envelopes to a highly targeted demographic, narrowed down from a list purchased from a first tier business marketing list provider company.
