Hi

Try Google Docs or Microsoft office forms

@principe

Try an online solution rather than spreadsheets
Outright.com was built for folks using spreadsheets today who could better focus on their business with a more intuitive application.  Automates reports and estimates taxes for you.
Plugs in with invoicing through Freshbooks on one end and expenses with Shoeboxed on the other.

Try it out, let me know what you think

Hi!

Why not try to use accounting program like QuickBooks, its user friendly and every reports businessman need are easy to extract. We`ve been using it since I`ve joined my company.

You just need to input your daily transactions, bank deposits, withdrawals, transfers from 1 account to another and all your credit card transactions. You can also classify if those expenses or deposits are for personal or for business. Then reports like income and expense are just a click away.
